No Frills is now for sale in the shop.

Hi there,

is it just me struggeling with the new shopsite? I`m trying to buy a copy of NF but up to now with little success.

What kind of Account-Information should I use to log in? I Tried to register a new user but he said he said my mailaddress is already in use and I should click on 'forgot password' but ther is no such link.

Another problem is the payment - doenst the shop accept Credit Cards as indicated by the Logos on the shop-site? It switches to PayPal automatic and I can`t change it

Any help is apreciated.

It's not just you! The shop doesn't think I'm logged in, but the forum does. When I attempt to log in on the shop page it doesn't recognse my details. If I try to create a new registration with my usual username, it says that that's taken.

Hmmm...!

Keep trying,it may be due tothe amount of traffic but if there is a problem I'm sure USP will fix it very soon.

OK ... I think I made it ... don't know exactly how, but as far as I can remember I tried to log in at the shop using my forum username and password. The shop said I am not registered but somehow seemed to know my mailaddress already ... kind of magic.

After filling in the further Addressinformation I could finish the order using PayPal ... hope this works for you as well.

Michael,if it switches over to Paypal you can still use a Credit/Debit Card without signing up for a Paypal account....the payments are just sent that way via Paypal.
(thats the way it normally works usually).

It might be an issue with the SQL/website integration/coding.

Try again in 5 minutes, if it still doesnt work try hitting the shift key and F5 together (this resets the cache) if not then just sit tight and wait for the person who is in charge to sort it.

thanks for the tip Debs ... I just has to reactivate my old PayPal Account ... it's always the same ... I just can't remember these 185832473 different passwords for all those internet sites and shops
