Too right. A few days before we set off I was worried that I wouldn't manage the drive but I did ok and managed to keep up with everyone while we were out and about.

Got off early today. Got to check up on a few personal things and hopefully take care of other business later on this week since they say they're cutting back on overtime for awhile(something I have to see for myself of course ).

Cathy I think a Miffy birthday cake would be so cute (and easy)! My youngest turns 3 in September so I guess I should be of a similar frame of mind...last year I made a train cake for him and a fire truck for his older brother's birthday. I'll be back in school soon so I don't know if I'll have the energy and/or inclination to do anything TOO challenging. Post pictures of the cake, whatever you decide!

Today: Internet shopping for organization supplies, laundry, washing dishes....I need to finish putting up the fire station and glow-in-the-dark stars on the wall mural in the boys' room. Maybe this weekend (?) Invited to a party on Sunday but don't know if I'm going.

While I have the energy I'm going to get as much organizing for fall done as I can.

today;
recovering!
Saturday - did over 300miles on me 'Bike....
to get a fish and chip lunch!
left the house at 8.30a.m. / got home about 8p.m.

but it was worth it,
beautiful day, good company, lovely run up North with fellow loons on Bikes.
Cooley Mountains, East coast roads, Spelga dam.... *sigh*

Sunday;
gave a days free 'Observation' (i'm a part time instructor) to a bunch of Bikers on a web forum. about 150 miles! i must be mad.

knackered but smiling.

oh - here's me trying to look cool and trendy (not! )

Today I had physiotherapy, they had me jogging on a treadmill, only for five minutes or so but it didn't half hurt.

My musculoskeletal specialist now wants my to start jogging at our local track, I went to see how much it costs buti seems to have been given a notice to quite.

Today I started jogging as part of my physiotherapy....

I did four laps of our local track and I'm now in mega pain.
